Ownership of the SCS-Shop; Agreement
Shipping & Return
· All orders ship via UPS. Currently the SCS-Shop does not accept orders placed outside of the United States and does not ship to locations outside of the United States.
· Shipments to a PO Box are not allowed.
· Shipping rates vary based on distance, weight and the shipping method.
· Final shipping rates and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.
Signature will accept returns of unused merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full credit. Upon the following conditions:
· Proof of purchase (original sales receipt or packing slip, invoice) is required for reimbursement.
· Items should be in their original product packaging.
· If the item that you are returning was due to an error by Signature.
· Items must be received in a new / unused condition.
· Items returned will be inspected by Signature for signs of usage, tampering, exchanged parts, scratches, dirt/debris, alterations or other signs of use.
· If you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Signature will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and take corrective action to fix the error.
To return an
item, please contact Warranty Support at 949-580-3640 or email email@example.com to obtain an RGA number
before returning any items to Signature. A mailing address and additional
instructions will be sent to you after calling technical support for your RGA
number. To ensure a quick and accurate credit, please print any forms presented
to you, and attach the paperwork to your return. You should expect to receive
your credit within 10 to 15 business days after we receive the product back.
Receiving an RGA Number from Signature is in no way is validation that Signature approves parts as a warranty or non warranty issue, this is purely a tracking component to track parts returned to Signature and the issues as they are claimed by the customer, buyer, or end user.
Some parts are not returnable, even within the 30 days. A non-returnable part is identified as such in the product description and was identified when you placed the order. Any product marked "non-returnable" in your shopping cart cannot be returned.
It is the manufacturer’s option and Signature Control Systems Inc option to either repair or replace the defective product at their discretion. Signature products purchased online cannot be returned to a local distributor or any other retailer that carries our products. They must be returned back to Signature directly.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, government restrictions or other acts of nature. Signature will not refund delivery charges for these types of delays. Delivery delays can happen, and delivery estimated ship times are given in good faith.
Order confirmation and ship information can be obtained online if you have signed up for a valid Signature account.

Backorders & Partial Shipments
Any backorders will be shipped prepaid or charged as qualified by the original order and made via the most economical shipping courier of Signature choice. Buyer agrees to accept partial shipments and pay for Product comprising a partial shipment provided.
Payment & Cancellations
Web SCS-Shop orders will be paid with MasterCard, Visa or American Express, PayPal Credit Card and is prepaid at the time of placing the order.
Cancellation of orders can be done by calling customer service at (949)580-3640. Please have your order number ready. All cancellations need to be prior to shipping the product. Orders that are already shipped will need to be returned using the RMA process.
All claims for price discrepancies must be submitted in via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to Signature Control Systems Inc within 7 days of receipt of the original order confirmation.
We may disclose this information if we believe that we are required to do so by law, government or court order, subpoena or other legal process.
Sales tax will be added to orders for delivery address in California.
Warranty dates start as of the day of the shipment. All products sold on this web SCS-Shop have a One Year Limited Warranty. Any item(s) which may become defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period may be returned to our office for inspection by that products manufacturer.
It is the manufacturer’s option and Signature Control Systems Inc option to either repair or replace the defective product at their discretion. Signature Control Systems Inc. or any of its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for product warranties other than those provided by the individual product manufacturer, nor shall Signature Control Systems Inc or any of its subsidiaries be held responsible for loss of wages, damages whether direct or indirect, shipping cost or other expenses that may have been incurred from the loss of the warranty product or the replacement time incurred by the manufacturer.
Any abuse, misuse, modification, improper packaging or attempted modification of product/s (except with prior authorization from Signature) will void any and all warranty. Products serial numbers or date codes that have been defaced or altered or removed are not covered under warranty.
Product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to within the SCS-Shop are and remain the property of their respective trademark holders, and are used only to directly describe the products being provided. Their use in no way indicates any relationship between Signature Control Systems, Inc, and the holders of said trademarks.
These trademark holders are not affiliated with Signature Control Systems, Inc, the SCS-Shop, or our products, nor do they sponsor or endorse the SCS-Shop or any of our online solutions.
No infringement of any kind is intended, trademarks are used only where their absence would render the statement ineffective.
